Trash

It is quite the procedure to take out the trash here.  First, you must sort everything--recycling is strongly encouraged here.  Steve, Mr. Organizer, bought two extra shopping bags to store under the sink so we can sort as we throw away--plastic and cans in one bag, cardboard and paper in the other.  The rest is put in the trash can.  When our landlord was giving us our piso orientation, she let us know that we could only take the trash out after 8:30 pm.  I guess no one wants to see you hauling everything out until after dark!
