Work Day!

We had a great activity last weekend--we got to get really sweaty and do some physical labor! Since most people live in apartments/pisos here in Palma, we were really excited when Pres. Gomez asked the JAS and the missionaries if we could help with a project at his house--putting about 6-8 inches of topsoil all over his front yard.  It wasn't too hot, and felt really good to shovel, rake, and wheelbarrow the dirt.  I didn't realize how much I had missed working in my yard this year, but I really have.  There is something wonderful about being outside working that makes you tired in a good way.  We slept really good that night:)  After the dirt was moved we had a BBQ that was unbelievable!  Chicken, steak, sausage, pork, you name it, they barbecued it, and it was delicious:) We had a really great day laughing and working together.
