We are getting ready for transfers and for two of our missionaries here on Mallorca to head for home. Hermana Nalbandyan and Elder Mattice will be gone sometime this weekend and will be replaced the first of the week. We had a farewell fiesta at our weekly district meeting.  I made chicken enchiladas, pico de gallo, and guacamole, and Elder Gonzalez made his yummy rice. It all turned out--first time making enchiladas without cream of chicken soup!--and was a delicious feast.  We have become a tight little family here away from the peninsula, and we will miss our two missionaries. Who will join us here in Paradise?!  Stay tuned. . .
